March of Dimes: Biker for Babies

  

  

On Sunday, October 2^nd 2011, members of the DCH Auto Group joined the March of Dimes Fundraiser, Biker for Babies in support of healthy-born babies. The event took off at two starting locations. One at the Dutchess Stadium in Wappingers Falls, NY and the second at Talleyrand Office Park in Tarrytown, NY. The end location was at the Dutchess Stadium.

Bikers from around the community gathered in their best leather and hopped onto their always-stunning bikes to take a stroll around the community and promote the March of Dimes cause. The event included a classic car show, featuring both classic and modern beauties.

DCH Auto Group, a major sponsor of the March of Dimes: Bikers for Babies event, hosted a table set at Dutchess Stadium (Wappingers Falls, NY), helping raise money for the cause all while having fun. DCH Employees, Naomi Lopez and Johanna Brito offered free "temporary tattoos" to children and adults attending the event. The tattoo station was a huge hit and created an opportunity to discuss our vehicles and teen safe driving campaign, all while guests were getting “inked.” Local radio station, WPDH spinned tunes throughout the day while spotlighting the four DCH stores who joined forces to make such an impact in the lives of babies and their families.

The event was a success as the entire community came together to help support the cause of March of Dimes. DCH Auto Group is very happy to be part of this and serve a small role in the lives of babies.
